Went through that too! Happened at guest house and got poo in the girls play room! Was embarrassing. But she grew out of it. She was just in tune with what her body was doing and feeling. She’s 2.5 and still not fully potty trained.

Itta is right. Your Little One is understanding and anticipating the need to pee or poo. Just watch for signs or start timing after feedings and liquids. It gives a rough estimate of the time it takes so you can get ready. Your LO might not be ready to potty train but I started taking my daughter to the bathroom each time to sit on her Elmo seat to associate peeing there, even if she didn’t make it most of the time. The phase will pass. Be strong. Be patient. Be encouraging. (I have all hardwood floor so if you have carpet, be prepared.)

Potty train potty train She’s ready This is a subject that also included cultural competency, in Europe we are all potty by our first birthday, I was 10 months old and completely potty trained. Give it a try.

She’s not to early to learn, some even say it’s the perfect age because she is too young to say “no, I don’t want to”. Personally, I turn my sons diaper around 😂 or put him in a onesie so he doesn’t pull it off. But he pulls it off to play with himself 🤦🏻‍♀️ yup..boy He’s 19 months and just not ready to be potty trained.
