18 month sleep regression

Help. What did it look like for you? How did you get out of it? How long does this lasssssst😭

    Mine looks terrible. Lol Down for sleep anywhere from 7-11 pm. Up 3-6 hours later, for 2 hours, then down to sleep 4 more hours. Typically it's 8 pm to 11 or 12, then back down at 1 or 2, back up again 5 or 6, back down again at about 6:30 or 7, then up at 9. I sleep when I can. Nap is a crap shoot, usually after lunch about 1.5 to 2.5 hours, but she won't always take it.

    It was the worst! I was soooo sleep deprived. But it only lasted two months thank goodness.

    We did the ferber method for my son when he was 8mo old and since he would sleep 7pm to roughly 7am. When he was 8mo we did intervals of 2min 5 min then 8min. Whenever he had a sleep regression we'd just go through it again and it typically would take one or 2 nights. Since he is older we started with 5 min then 10 and 15 and he is always asleep by the time we hit the 10min mark. We were lucky he took to it so well. He's never had a regression last longer than a couple days and even initially doing it took 3 nights to get him to sleep solid.
