My son gets three meals a day with snacks in between. He just turned one so he is on whole milk as well but he had breastmilk and water before that. No juice I would stay away from juice because it’s not healthy and it’s horrible for their teeth. We give my son healthy foods like cut up chicken,eggs, fruits and veggies. Just make sure the veggies are soft and if you give fruits that have skin to take it off like grapes. I just take off the outside and give him the inside. Do not give popcorn,honey, nuts or anything that you think is too hard to chew. It is also recommended that you introduce new foods every two to three days to make sure your child does not have any allergies.
