3 month old nap regression

My 13 week old has all of a sudden stopped taking long naps. She’s sleeping a half hour every 1 and 1/2 - 2 hrs. Is it a phase? She’s a good nighttime sleeper and was previously a good nap taker. I’m using white noise, swaddle, rocking, binky, dark room.. any advice?

I think this is pretty normal. Something about really starting to notice he world around them. The only advice I have is to try and stick to your nap schedule as much as possible and it will eventually pass. I think mine was 3 months old when a real, solid three-nap-a-day schedule emerged. Good luck!

It’s the change from 4 to 3 naps most likely. Adjust the wake, eat sleep timing and see how she does.

That's normal at 3 months. Usually around 4-5 months they start connecting sleep cycles and sleep longer. Also at 3 months, some babies can be awake for longer periods of time, usually 1.5-2 hours.
