I work as a nanny and have for many years. I use Care.com and have gotten really good families. It depends on the area you live. Also what you want the nanny to do. Like washing the kids clothes, doing homework, driving the kids. I won't work for under minimum wage. But if I am expected to drive or do a lot of house work I need a little more. It also kinda goes off how many kids. Some people like to go 5$ a kid per hour. I would start looking now, you will know if the person is a good match for your family when you find them. Hope this helps
