Yes the rule I’ve read is not to let kids sleep after 4 pm. I limit even my 1.5 year olds naptime to 2.5 hours, otherwise she struggles to sleep. My 3 yr old has dropped napping, but wakes around 645, eats around 7-730am, snacks around 9, lunch is usually 11-12 ish, then rest time from 1230-2ish, 230 snack, 530ish dinner, 715 protein bedtime snack, and usually he’s asleep by 8. I don’t know if that helps at all.
