You definitely are not alone in feeling this way! It's so hard. A jogging stroller might give you the freedom to run instead of walking with them, and you can add specific core-building and toning exercises like squats in your routine - like while waiting for the microwave or during commercials. Or make jumping jacks/planks a game with the kids lol. You might not be able to get hours of dedicated work out time in every week like before, but you can still be active and that should help tone your body back!
