My son is only 9.5 months, but I bring him into the shower with me. I strap him into his high chair and give him some small finger foods while I cook breakfast. I try to get as much ready the night before as I can. Laying out clothes, packing bags, planning lunch, etc. It's a total disaster in the morning if I don't prep ahead of time. I have found it helpful to give myself 30 mins more than I think I need in the morning. My makeup routine is down to 3 items (foundation, blush, and mascara). In the past I have kept make up and a toothbrush at my desk or in my bag in case I am really running late and have to do those things in the bathroom at work. I also have kept frozen breakfast sandwiches or other breakfast foods in the fridge at work so I can eat there too. Some mornings are better than others.
