I think laying out the number of hours a Day is going to be important. I just finished helping a friend for a couple days tending her kids and ended up being a little upset because she ended up working 12 hours each of those days when the expectation was 8. Also I would put in the contract that there may be times that she will need to work “overtime” and have that additional extra overtime pay laid out and stated so she knows what to expect for those situations. Set a clear day/time when she can expect her pay whether it’s weekly/bi-weekly or monthly.
