Mine is 19 months old and still ongoing. I'm planning to quit when she turns two. I would say breastfeeding is not a essential factor in terms of good eater. My little one didn't eat "a lot" when she was around one year old. Reflecting back, I guess it was mostly because of her teething pain instead of drinking too much milk. Now she shows great interest in food especially adult food. And one more thing to be counted for breastfeeding is that your kid will get used to your family's diet. My DD is able to eat some light spicy food. She eats meat happily and is willing to taste new food. Just dont give too much pressure on your baby and yourself. Mom knows best.
