Prepare baby #1! I think that has helped my older daughter. She is so helpful, and loving to her little sister. Get as much help as possible too. You will need to rest as much as you can and it seems nearly impossible to get them to nap at the same time. Meal prep foods too! You don’t have to do anything crazy, but maybe make breakfast burritos, homemade pancakes and freeze them, soups for lunches/dinners, lasagna, hamburger patties. This will help you out a lot after the help is done helping. Try jolly ranchers for the morning sickness, or pregger pops. Never tried the pops, but I’ve heard good thing about them! Also, during both of my pregnancies a bowl of cereal with lots of milk always helped my morning sickness. Best of luck!!
