My daughter is almost 1 year old. I make her the same veggies I used to puree. She eats solids so it could still be mashed up a little bit but now she also eats the same things with her fingers like cut carrots and broccoli and I'll save some for dinner and make a small pot of rice or pasta. At lunch She'll eat fruits and string cheese, peanut butter and jelly on bread or crackers. Sometimes eggplant parmesan or sweet potato fries. I'm not feeding her meat yet, so when I cook it's typically one or two pot clean up.
