Any suggestions on making my 3 yr old eat real food ?! Not just nuggets and fish sticks and milk?

Do you buy them store bought or do you make them? The first step would be make them yourself and slowly add new ingredients to it

I agree with Bethany, but also make sure you are modeling good eating habits. Show him that you eat a wide range of foods, exposure is more than half the battle. I also take tips from #Kids.eat.in.color on Instagram (she is amazing, has a site too). My kids know that what they are served is what’s on the menu. I rarely ask them what they want, they eat what I cook, but they can choose how much they eat of it. Go slow and offer veggies/ fruit often, even if he only takes a bite or doesn’t at all. It takes awhile. Good luck!

Mostly store bought attempted making my own chicken nuggets but he was not eating it. Now have moved towards the less breaded which he is taking but def will need to start introducing veggies.. it’s hard for me as I do not eat much so barely eat but his nutrition is important. He does well with fruits yogurt but def want to see him more into rice pastas and meats !!

I would also eat what you make him so he knows it’s good. I did that with my daughter even with foods I’m not too fond of. I will take little bits and say mhhhhhh
