Baby falling to many times

I’m at my boyfriends house and he has wooden floor, my daughter fell off the couch twice since I been here. She doesn’t have any visible injuries no knots nothing. She’s seems to fine she cried for a minute and goes back to playing. He says I’m overly worried and that baby falls all the time. She 7months

Doesn’t sound like the falls were too bad. Did she hit her head? If so.. just keep an eye on her for any change in behavior. Why is she on the couch though? I would keep her on the floor or if she is hanging out on the couch with you guys, have at least one hand on her so she doesn’t fall again. Once she starts walking, she’s going to fall. But a fall from her height isn’t going to be bad (just make sure you baby proof corners of tables and stuff).

Yeah she hit her head, he was cleaning up the floor so he put her on the couch and asked her little sister to keep a eye on her.. she seems to be okay.

Just wait until she starts walking... Me and my boyfriend always say “how did she make it to a year” constantly falling and hurting herself you’ll get immune to it soon 😂

I dropped all 3 of my kids when they where babies. Which is funny because we usually made it a thing to keep them on the floor so they wouldn’t fall from a high place. But babies are very durable. If she is falling off the couch all the time I’d just keep her off of it. 7 months old babies are starting to explore everything they want to be moving or try moving and have not figured out the concept of heights and falling

Totally fine! My daughter is sporting a black eye right now and I’m not even entirely sure how she got it 🤷‍♀️
