I love Desitin rapid relief, it’s all we use. It usually gets rid of the rash by the next diaper change.

Thanks everyone! We found Burt’s Bees diaper cream has worked the best! It is nearly gone!

Calmoseptine with Vaseline on top of it so it doesn’t rub off (it’s what our pediatrician told us to do and it always works)

A nurse recommended for me to mix Desitin, A+D and Vaseline. My son had a bad diaper rash and that worked perfectly!

We bought several tubes of nystatin (anti fungal) and zinc oxide cream overseas. It clears up diaper rash so fast! You could try to get your pediatrician to prescribe it for you.

Calmoseptine Ointment! Our little one had a horrible rash that became raw and bled. Our Pediatrician recommended that we get Calmoseptine Ointment and it worked on day one. It’s really thick and stays on.

I couldn’t really use diaper cream made my sons butt worse. I would use cornstarch though and always seemed to clear up fast

When we were in the UK we were recommended Metanium, which is titanium based rather than zinc. It worked so much better than zinc oxide that we're now ordering it from the UK via Amazon. Full disclosure: it's bright yellow and stains. But we're still using it.
