We started my daughter on Culturelle for kids when she was a year old, and has been pretty regular since (she'llbe two in November). We get ours on Amazon.

We’ve had great success with Love Bugs.

I’ve tried soooo many different ones, my daughter has had CONSTANT constipation problems since she started eating solids. Nothing ever worked or made any difference with her BMs. Most recently I started a round of probiotics using Klaire Labs infant formula and it’s been AMAZING. Within a week she started pooping regularly and it has continued ever since I kept her on it. You have to be careful where you buy it...if you order from amazon it’s hit or miss if they ship it with a cool pack. I ended up buying it from the health food store where they keep it stored in the refrigerator.

Don’t buy a probiotic that needs to be refrigerated as they often lose effectiveness during the shipping process. You can find ones that do not require refrigeration. Also, be sure that the brand is backed by a doctor, contains at least 40 billion CFUs (will say on label) and has multiple strains. Otherwise you’re wasting your money and they are too expensive to be wasting money on something that isn’t effective. A full fat plain yogurt has a great amount of probiotics so maybe try that instead?

Try Califia dairy free yogurt. It helped my 14mo old baby with her BMs and colitis. Whole Foods has it.

Our pediatrician recommended bio Gaia probiotic drops with vitamin d. Can be found in some pharmacies or amazon. We like it!
