I've heard of this place called Milky Mama lactation treats. I haven't tried it myself yet but I heard a lot of good things about it. Google it, they have a website.

I have exclusively pumped in order to keep feeding my baby breastmilk. She is now 8 months. Something that has helped keep my supply up is lactation cookies. I also even though I am not a fan will eat oatmeal for breakfast occasionally. I still wear my baby around in the front pack once a day. The biggest help to keeping my supply was power pumping. If you are exclusively pumping i highly recommend pumping everybody 3-4 hours for at least 20-30 minutes every time. Hope this helps:) you have this! https://www.lansinoh.com/resources/power-pumping-what-is-it-is-it-for-me.html?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIoqjC8qz53gIV5B-tBh3w1AXwEAAYAiAAEgJ5g_D_BwE

You are more than likely not low, just regulating, just because you don't feel a let down or aren't leaking doesn't mean you are low, you are producing just enough for your baby, trust your body <3 as long as baby has wet diapers baby is being fed <3 keep it up strong mama!

Lots of water, pumping, taking ur prenatal and lactating medicine or tea remedies. But if she is gaining weight, ur probably just going through a small growth spout. I felt that way when my son was going thru that
