Christmas Tree Fence?

Anyone have any experience with these? I have a curious and active 1yo and she gets into everything. How do I keep her from tipping over the Christmas tree?

Try a smaller tree and put it on a high table so baby cannot reach :)

We have a loft and put our tree upstairs since our daughter was never unsupervised up there.

I was worried about our son with the tree when he was 1. We put sandbags on the tree legs and hid it under a metal ring tree skirt. We told him no when he reached for the ornaments and put all the breakable ornaments on high branches. A few times I caught him gently tapping an ornament but I’d tell him No and distract him with another toy and he was all good.

We told our one year old the tree was HOT like the oven!!!!! And every time he went near it we said hot!!!! So he never even tried to touch it 😂

I think we had gates blocking the room where the tree was because of the dogs anyway, rather than a tree fence.

We put a standing gate around our tree. Since it was in a corner it was easier. We started doing this when he was 1yo last year. We are doing it again this year for the big tree. We got my now 2yo son a small tree and let him decorate it with toddler safe ornaments we had. (Stuffed soft ornaments, lightweight wooden ones, etc.) He loved it. Now he says “mamas” tree and “his” tree. Lol. Wanted to protect the big tree but wanted him to feel included.
