Yep, steam helps congestion, it can help them sleep, and if they have a fever it can help bring it down for a couple of hours.

Yes, I know I feel much better after a nice shower and getting into cozy pjs. Great time to rub some vapor rub on and give some Zarbees for a nice night of rest.

I always thought baths would make the cold worse because of ur pours being open. I give them wash up but not a bath. But now u moms made me feel at ease about it I will give my lil one a bath in the morning.

yes because it makes me feel good if I have a warm shower when sick that i fall asleep better so i thought baby may like it. He does, has a warm bottle of milk, medicine and sleeps like.. a baby.

yea u just gotta make sure theres no drafts in the bathroom and it should be a steamier room like after u or ur s/o take a hot shower or something and the water should be warm. after they should be thoroughly dried before leaving the bathroom and changed into clothes immediately after so the draft doesnt give them a nasty/nastier cough. that's what seems to have worked for us
