It’s so hard when they’re little because they can’t take any medicine to help. Try running a hot shower, put a towel at the crack of the door and sit in there with your baby. Run a cool mist humidifier. Get baby nasal spray and a nose sucker (we just used the bulb one the hospital gave us) and try to suck it out. That probably helped us the most. Hope baby gets to feeling better!

Humidifiers work wonders. Both of my daughters have had nights where they couldn’t breath, so it would keep them up. After running the humidifier they sleep waayyy better. And I second the hot shower. I close the bathroom door run the shower as hot as it will get and sit there for a while

Humidifier is great! Also Babies tend to lay down most hours of the day not leaving much room for the congestion to drain. We purchased a baby wedge for crib. The wedge create a slight incline which we found helped with congestion.

Baby nose spray and a bulb is the best way to get out a lot of it. We also found an all natural eucalyptus and lavender rub that works wonders!! We just put it on her chest underneath her sleeper bc you don’t want them to rub it in their eyes or anything. It helped a whole lot!! Do not use Vick’s or any mentholated products though!!
