I am pregnant and have three kids under 5 and those workouts are my sanity. I put the tv on, or do them At the park when they are happily playing/napping. I saved screen shots of them On my phone and there is a free app (IntervalTimer) you can set up for the timings. We also dropped meat (6 days a week) and used that money to buy more fresh vegetables and beans. This combo has helped me feel more human. I’ll say that my stomach will Never be the same, or my boobs) but that’s okay, the endorphins of the workout help me feel better (when I’m not pregnant lol).
