My daughter’s birthday this year is on Friday the 13th. We are big Halloween fans in our family so I want to incorporate some of this into her party but still keep it girly. Any suggestions?
Oooooh how bout the Adams family. Like everything like a Adams family theme. Or black cat theme with hint of purple everywhere. You can even add in superstitious things. You know step on a crack break mothers back or going under a ladder or the broken mirror thing.
This sounds like fun. Or if you truly want to not to scarey actually do a Friday 13 with Jason and everything but that depends on age
The nightmare before Christmas is gender neutral imo. You can do purple or pink and black for the colors.
Ask her what parts of Halloween are her favorite (themes, characters, colors) & go from there. Halloween is full of different figures and colors - no need to stereotype them to “girly” ones.
My daughter was born on the 13th we talked about doing this when it falls on a Friday! Does she like Vamparina? I’d watch some episodes of that to get a few girly spooky ideas. Good luck!
Thank you all for the wonderful ideas! She’ll be turning two so it will have to just be spooky - not scary. I’m excited! Thanks again!
