Pancakes, eggs, fruit, dairy free muffins (Pinterest), egg and veggie muffins. Pretty much anything can be tweaked to be dairy free

I am a vegetarian and do not drink cows milk. I really like flax milk... sounds bizarre and I wouldn’t pour myself a glass to drink, but I have it with my cereal everyday and really just tastes like skim milk that way. Bonus: it has just as much protein as whole milk!

My son is allergic to milk, eggs, and peanuts so it really limits a lot. Usually I go for bananas, oranges or any type of fruit and a piece of toast with sunbutter and cheese (for some reason he can have string cheese and it doesn’t bother him). We also give him ripple milk which is a plant based milk with pea protein.

My 2 year old son has a dairy allergy too - Califia Farms has a great on the go DF drinkable yogurt & Kite Hill has DF yogurt tubes. Oatmeal is a staple in our home as well & you can make it different everyday with your topping choices (berries, banana, honey, cinnamon, even nut butter). My son also likes “toad in a hole” an egg cooked in the center of a piece of toast.

When we were younger my mom would replace milk with water because we were so allergic
