It’s hard to exercise with a 17 month old and being extremely sick while pregnant. Any advice?

    I’m right there now. Sick, gagging, and feeling exhausted at 9 weeks. I’ve got a 4,2.5, and 13 month old. My advice is 1) forgive yourself the days you don’t get something in. 2) do short body weight stuff when you have time. Download the 7 minute workout app and use the 7 min workout or their custom workouts for longer ones (20 minutes).     Thank you! We’re all recovering from being really sick last week and a hospital visit for the little one so we’re all trying to regroup I think that threw me off! But I feel your pain. I threw up for 10 min this morning it sucks! I’ll download that app and try it! Thank you !

    I’ve found prenatal yoga to be so relaxing and rewarding this time around! It’s not overbearing, but it makes me feel good after a session. And I definitely agree, don’t be too hard on yourself for the days you want to just relax
