Lactation Tea

What is the best brand out there? I recently moved my daughter onto the bottle and have not been able to keep up with pumping so my supply is dwindling. Which do you recommend? Or any other home remedies that you swear by?

I agree with M, Michaela and Kieli!!!! Mothers milk tea and lactation cookies helped me somewhat. Drink plenty of water! I have low supply from the very beginning then I had appendectomy when my baby is 3 month. I also tried Mrs. Patel's, Lengendary Milk, Milky Mama, Let There be milk, and natal nourish. None helped and wasted tons of money :( However everyone is different. My body didn't get any benefits from them.

oatmeal, 2-3 liters of water a day, fenugreek seed tea ( just add seeds to hot water) and low stress. and remember u can pump to reup supply but also don’t be stressed. Any amount of breastfeeding is awesome.
