Leaving baby

Need an adult night out big time. My husbands 30th birthday is coming up and we’d like to get out! My six month old is breast fed, and is started on solids. She will take formula, but she will NOT take a bottle or sippy. The only way I get her to drink it is out of a cup, like for a grown up.... she is seriously a PITA. My sister is willing to watch her though. I know she’ll be ok even if it’s a rough night. I’ve never left her over night. Any tips for sister?

That’s about the time I left my little guy for the first time. It’s so hard relinquishing control, even when you know they’re in good hands. It’s much harder on us (as mom’s) than it is on our littles. Once you get past the “I don’t want to leave” emotional part, you will truly enjoy your time out and be ready to see your little the next day. Once you get over that hump, it becomes a little easier each time. The alone time with your husband as adults will allow you guys to focus on each other versus the baby also. It is well worth it! Good luck mama! You can do it! 😘❤️
