Have you guys done it before or what’s your opinion
Following* my toddler takes forever to sleep and keeps waking up my infant.
I’m not sure what to think about it ... but my daughter had a head cold and the nighttime medicine her dr told me to give her had a small dose in it. It knocked her out within 30 mins of taking it. Which was good because it helped her feel better
Yes we use it on occasion when we travel. If we are in a new environment we will give it to our son the first couple of nights.
Yes. My husband’s cousin is a doctor and he recommended it to us. Kids melatonin is very small dosing and we don’t use it every night but on nights we’re we predict it might be rough we give him one and it does seem to help. It doesn’t knock him out but make it easier for him to calm down and get to sleep. The other night he spent the day with grandparents and didn’t get a nap. We had friends over so we fed him pizza and gave him some melatonin and put to bed he calmed down in 3 minutes and was asleep in 10 even with people talking in the house.
