Do the drive in theater with lots of snacks do made the mistake of taking mine on an empty stomach, ended up spending more on snacks/food than the actual movie, and the concession stands food was 👎👎👎 I would also take pull ups, if not, you’ll get a lot of bathroom breaks during the movie.

You could check out if there are any Mommy and Me theaters or other kid friendly theaters nearby. Sometimes they’re at a discount, or other allow strollers, and sometimes even play the movie at a lower sound to not hurt little ears. Also know your little one. My 2 year old went with his grandma to watch Into the Spiderverse and he sat through the whole thing. My 3 year old for sure would not do that, even with snacks. I know because he’s never sat through a movie at our own home, whereas our 2 year old does all the time

Bring your own snacks! You’ll save a bunch of money and you’ll have healthier food than candy and popcorn.

I wouldn’t do 3D or anything like that if it’s their first one, we made that mistake with our oldest when she was three she didn’t watch half the movie and wouldn’t wear the glasses, had to sit in my lap the whole time

Definitely a drive in theater. Then head to the 99 cent store to buy snacks, candy, drinks. Or order Dominos pizza for $5.99 and bring them in. My kids enjoy sitting in the trunk of our car with blankets or sometimes we get beach chairs out to watch. The theater allows you to stay to watch the next movie, so it's good if you can catch two movies.
