Postpartum support band

Any recommendations on postpartum support band? Is there something in the market that, in addition to help keeping everything “in place”, also helps adjust your posture after months of curving your lower back?

So I use a belly band- they are for packing a pistol concealed (which I have a license for) so I sort of improvised the whole Postpartum support band! With having the weight of the pistol, it helped pull everything back in place- but its actually really completely comfortable! I found my belly band at BiMart- you could probably find one at Fred Myer, or Coastal.

Nicole, what did your OB say about it?

I had non-medicated natural birth and she said that this was totally fine to use and to just follow the instructions given with it!

A: Belly belt- helps getting your stomach and muscles half way back to normal, recommend to use when 1~7 days after vaginal birth B: Waist belt- helps flatten the belly, redefine the waistline, relief back pain, combined the use with stomach belt will accelerate the effectiveness, recommend to use 1~6 weeks after vaginal birth or stitching healing from c- section C: Pelvis belt- helps speeding up the contraction of pelvis and stretched to fit the natural curves of your body, recommend to use7-42 weeks after Natural birth/Stitching healing after c-section (Please don't worry, Package include: 1pc instructions , it will guide you how to use and when to use)
