Pregnancy and Hurricanes

So my first born was born during Hurricane Matthew back in 2016 and the doctors said that it’s common for the pressure changes to induce labor. I’ve got 6 weeks left before my due date but we’re just south of Hurricane Michaels path. Should I be worried?

Mine was born last year during hurricane Harvey (and I lived all the way in New Orleans). The L&D floor was packed and super busy with all of the deliveries. Mine was a week overdue, so weather it was the drop in pressure or not, I was happy to be getting on with it lol. You’ve got a while to go yet, so I wouldn’t worry too much. Baby’s going to come when they are ready!
