Stroller Recommendations Needed!

We are needing to replace our Maclaren Triumph stroller. It has basically been used every day for 3 years, through all NYC seasons, on sidewalks, the subway, parks, and everything in between. As much as the stroller has been quite good to us, I had thought that maybe we would look and see what else is out there. From research, it looks like the 2 options for lighter weight, everyday strollers are either another umbrella or a lightweight tri-fold. Does anyone have one they love that they can recommend? We’d love something on the lighter side, but it doesn’t have to be super light. Some features are great since well use it every day. Most important is that it needs to be able to stand up to the wear and tear of daily use. My youngest is 18 months, so we have another 1-2 years that we want to get out of it. Any recommendations? Thanks!!

Babyzen yoyo is really good you can also add and remove pieces . Most uppababy strollers are good as well. Most moms in my neighborhood have the upppababy

Caroline - it’s funny you mention that one because it’s one of the ones we have been looking at. One of the only complaints I’ve seen is that there is some concern over how the front wheels handle variations in a sidewalk. Have you noticed anything like that? Have you ever felt like it was going to flip over because the front wheels hit a sidewalk edge or a crack in the concrete?

Sorry, just seeing your reply now! For the sidewalk edge you do have to be careful but it’s not specific to Zoe but to any umbrella stroller or strollers with small wheels (my friend who has the yoyo has the same). It’s a good ratio quality/ price and I love the one-hand folding system!
