I actually haven’t. She’s 6months I know she’s still very young. It’s super rare when she sleeps through the night. However, other nights for example last night she was up from 2am-5am Is she at an age for CIO? I have a 5 year old so it’s been a looooong while lol But I really need energy during the day to function. I’ve tried bed time routines idk what I’m missing

I think the recommended age for CIO is 4 month olds.

Build a really strong routine! That’s the most important. Without a routine u have nothing!

A bedtime routine and working on getting the baby on a nap schedule worked for us. I read a lot and did a lot of research about baby sleep which all indicated that “sleep begets more sleep” and a baby that’s overtired during the day is likely to have restless and interrupted sleep at night. I am not a fan of cry it out for an extended period of time but around 4/5 months I did begin to give my daughter the opportunity to try to self soothe. I would let her fuss and chat to herself for 10-15mins max but normally went in if she was hysterical. Eventually she was soothing herself back to sleep in about 5 mins and now goes into the crib awake at night and for naps and puts herself to sleep.
