Tips for weight loss
Does anyone have any low calorie vegetarian recipes? Trying to loose some weight and in a weight loss competition at work. I’m pretty disappointed with my first week. Lost .3lbs only. I’ve cut out eating out, I need to cut the pop out completely but I’ve cut back so much though. Trying to get to the gym everyday this week. My goal is to loose 42lbs. Any tips would be appropriated!!!
