Toddler meals?

What are some good lunch meals I should introduce to my 2year old. Most days He just doesn’t eat. He just likes to eat breakfast which is like oatmeal or pancakes, bananas or apples.. ugh..

My 2 year old basically eats an array of foods for lunch! Basically we pick One fruit whether it be berries, banana, apple whatever he picks. Then one veggie, Usually carrots although lately he's been picking pickles and olives lol Then a protein, whether it be chicken, steak (we buy the little mini breakfast steaks for him) sometimes cheese and nuts. So its never actually a meal meal but packed with nutrients nun the less

They eat what you eat! What do you eat?

“Eat what you eat” Is wrong. I eat everything. And I offer everything full meals all the time and he just doesn’t even want to try... hopefully it’s a phase he’ll soon grow out of. He’s just so picky

My daughter will eat scrambled eggs any time of the day. I usualy add meat and veggies to the eggs so she gets more than just eggs. She eats 6 eggs every day either for lunch or breakfast. We usualy do pasta of some kind for lunch or Mac n cheese. I make my own noodles to avoid preservatives but there’s nothing wrong with store bought noodles and it’s super quick to boil some pasta! Some days we just do crackers, cheese and lunch meets. I have found my daughter will eat 2 meals and a snack each day so if she eats breakfast and lunch she won’t want to eat much at night. I dont stress If she doesn’t eat much lunch kids will eat when they are hungry.

My daughter loves hard boiled eggs, try that! She’s semi picky. She will go through phases where she eats well and then she won’t. She’s 15 months and since she turned 1 she suddenly stopped eating carrots. Like a hard stop, if I try to hide a carrot in her Mac and cheese she will detect it and spit it out!!! It’s crazy. She also dislikes most meats but will eat shredded pork and shredded chicken if I slow cook it with a bbq slow cook packet (I think it’s McCormick brand, I don’t add the sugar that the packet says to add). And she likes salmon quite a bit too. I have found that she loves pasta so instead of trying to fight it I found some high protein pasta made with pea powder and brown rice at my local tree hugger store. At least if she eats a good portion of that I know she’s getting good proteins and decent carbs. Other healthy(ish) things she likes are sloppy joe sandwiches and baked beans, corn (especially on the cob), PB&J. She will eat turkey cold cuts so I pay a small fortune to buy the no nitrate added kind from the same tree hugger store I get the protein noodles from. I mostly try to offer her what we are eating but will sometimes have to embellish a bit.

We feed our 19 mo old what we eat. She has started the past couple months being picky depending on her mood. We just had a Dr apt and met with a nutritionist about it. They said offer her what you eat, an array of healthy food and proportioned properly. If she doesn’t eat it, she may not be hungry as her stomach is still about the size of her fist (which is hard for me to believe cause she can eat so much). But to try again during snack time. This has worked for us. She eats whatever we gave her before, just later.

We added to the oatmeal. Ex: oatmeal with chicken. peas&carrots.
