Varieties please!!

So I feel like me and my fiancé are too repetitive when it comes to giving our kids something to drink. Any other drinks you’d recommend besides water, milk and watered-down apple juice? Oh...and peydialyte?

Smoothies, fresh orange juice, there isn’t a lot of decently healthy options that I can think of other than the ones you listed and these. Are you going for healthy or anything?

I give my LO diluted grape juice. Also watered down pineapple juice or sometimes he gets constipated and I’ll mix prune juice with pineapple or white grape juice since they’re sweet and he loves it! He also likes freshly squeezed OJ. That’s about it for me, I’ve been trying to think of new drinks as well!

We don’t do any form of juice because of all the sugar. I offer water and milk.

Our kiddos like it when we help them make “drinks”: they pick the kind of juice & which seltzer, then we mix it up together (with a bit of extra water).

I don't understand the desire for a variety of drinks. Water and milk are all they need.

Walmart- brand: kids water (0 sugar) also try a few like Capri sun rushing waters or hydro (both are zero sugar but are still pretty sweet so still water it down a bit. There’s a lot more info on them that I just don’t remember so just look em up.

Water and milk is what I offer to my kids. They drink water most of the time . No juices not even watered down. Every now and again, I will squeeze a little fresh lemon or orange in their water. Rarely will they have sparkling water. There doesn’t need to be variety in drinks. Chamomile tea? How old is your kid and are they asking for thinks other than water and milk?

We do water, milk and fresh juices only. He doesn’t drink commercial juices that have a 6 month shelf life.

No juices but we do caffeine free herbal tea. He likes trying the different flavors, there's lots of anti oxidants and other things for a healthy immune system and digestive system. Plus we don't have to worry as much about sugar highs/crashes or acidity harming his teeth. His favorite is chamomile!
