What can i do if my 7 month old daughter keeps waking up during the night?

Always rough! There are so many possibilities and every kid is different, so it's hard to give good advice. Have you starting solid food yet? Having an evening meal might help her sleep more hours. Or, she could be napping too much so she's not going a long stretch at night, or if she's over tired from not napping enough or too late a bedtime, she might not get the right sleep cycles and keep waking up at night. Do you put her to bed while drowsy but still awake so she learns to self-soothe and fall asleep herself, so when she wakes up overnight she can go back to sleep herself? My kiddo slept through the night really easily early, so I didn't really bother worrying about it, but got a cold a couple weeks ago and since then it's been a struggle to get her to sleep on her own again and I've been looking for answers too.

Pick a method and stick with it, with consistently. The sooner you start following 2 months, the better/faster it work work.

Maybe it is a teething pain that wakes her. My 7 mo old has been doing the same so i give him cold things to chew on before bed, if that doesn’t work i try Camilia teething drops if he wakes up in the middle of the night. At first i would freak out and run to him to pick him up and he would stop immediately as long as i hold him. Now I give him a minute sometimes he just soothes himself if not than the drops for sure (also tried babyganics teething pods those work too). I would rather use that than Tylenol every night. Teething sucks!

If it is wet diaper, 1. Switch to thicker better overnight diaper 2. With lights as dim aa possible, change diaper but dont talk to baby. Put baby straight back to bed.
