What else can I give my 8 month old?

My daughter is 8 and a half months and loves eggs. She also seems really interested in what me and hubby eat and sometimes doesn't want to eat the pureed baby food and will stare intently at our plates. What kind of finger foods do you suggest for an 8 month old? She has 2 bottom teeth and the 2 tops are working there way in. She also likes puffs and Cheerios.

I have been giving my LO tons of foods since she was 6 months. Toast with cheese or peanut butter, just cheese, soft fruits, steamed veggies, pasta with tomato sauce, black beans, quesadillas, meatloaf, roasted sweet potato or butternut squash, salmon...basically anything you eat, she can eat as long as you make it small enough.

    Oh, she loves pancakes too

She can literally eat anything except honey and raw fish/meats.....so, go for it mama! I’d suggest giving small bites of whatever you’re eating. :)

Agreed with Kelly, start feeding her what you guys are eating as long as no honey and such. Don’t be afraid of the spices either, my pediatrician got mad at me because I worked at a grocery store and I made my daughters food bland! Lol

My 9 month old loves frozen fruit. He also loves frozen yogurt. I get the yogurt in the tubes and freeze them. Also good for teething

Feed her whatever’s on your plate except for undercooked/raw meats and honey of course (and obviously any known allergens)! It just has to be soft and small sized. My daughter stopped wanting puréed foods around the same age. One of my daughters favorite foods even to this day is frozen blueberries. I buy the wild ones because they’re usually smaller. She goes crazy for them, especially when teething!!!

Let her eat anything but things with honey. Just cut them into long strips so they can control the sizes they get. Look at baby lead weaning for more information.

What else do you recommend for breakfast? So far it's only been eggs and shredded cheese😅

Yogurt, pancakes, English muffins/toast peanut butter....sausage/bacon cut up in small bits (I cut sausage tiny, so paranoid!).

Oh and if you haven’t already, try different kinds of eggs! Like hard boiled, etc. also cottage cheese. I eat cottage cheese all the time but my daughter refuses and I think it’s because she was cow milk intolerant until she was about a year old and I missed the window to introduce it!! And of course....fruit!! 😃
