Hey! I have been there and I understand your pain. I can still remember my baby’s cry and how desperate I felt. On top of colic my baby had reflux. He was put in Zantac. I don’t know if that really help. He consistently cried for almost 4 months. At times I felt like gripe water was calming him down somehow. We gave it to him without asking our doc bc we were willing to try anything. He was breastfed so I was also drinking 1 big jug of fennel tea everyday. I had also stopped dairy bc he had milk protein sensitivity. After he turned 4 months old, he stopped being in pain. All I can say is to comfort him and have someone help you when you tired/frustrated. You can do this. One day at a time...

Ugh, my baby had colic nonstop for three straight months. He just started crying one day and didn't stop until 90 days later. I wish I was exaggerating. Now he's an incredibly mellow, quiet baby. I had a Graco swing that did it. That was the only thing that soothed him. Gas drops, gripe water, and probiotics didn't do much. Some of the things in the book, "Happiest Baby on the Block" also worked, but it wasn't an instantaneous success, you need to practice until you get the technique down just the way your baby likes it. Some moms swear by the Snoo and the Leaf. I didn't try them because they're way out of my price range, but when you're desperate for peace and quiet, $1000 starts to sound doable. 😄 I think the Snoo is also available to rent. Another mom recommended the Windi, she swears it stopped her baby's colic, but I personally can't vouch for this thing. Hope this helps. You have my sympathies.

Are you breastfeeding? If so maybe look at your diet. Sometimes too much dairy, spicy foods or sugar can cause colic.

My daughter was crazy colic in the first 3-4 months, we used Mommas bliss Gripe water every time she cried like crazy, worked instantly and releaved the issue on the spot

My daughter was colicy turned out she couldn't process cow milk proteins. My son has the same but he also can't process soy. Look into what you consume if breastfeeding and formula if you use that.

It may be what the formula is based off of for protein. Some use cows milk, and others use like soy or different bases. You may want to try experimenting with the different bases. If she’s struggling with a soy base, switch her to gentle for tummies or sensitive baby, and check the ingredients to see if it’s a milk base, and give that a try. But if your current one is milk based, either I would switch brands to start with, OR switch bases all together. If it was my baby, I’d start with a brand switch first and see if that helps, and start one step at a time!

Discuss this with the pediatrician. I switch formulas with my oldest to finally try soy. If I knew what I know how I wouldn't have had her suffer like that though. Does it seem like your baby has stomach cramps after eating, diarrhea, vomiting, excessive spit up? My son also had gave swelling from formula. Make sure to discuss with pediatrician because some insurance companies can (not well) cover certain formulas.
