Winnie generally does not directly sell your Personal Data (such as your contact information) to any third parties and will not do so in the future without providing you with notice and an opportunity to opt-out of such a sale.

However, like many companies, we use tracking services to improve your user experience and making Personal Data (such as online identifiers or browsing activity) available to these companies to deliver these services may be considered a "sale" under the CCPA.

To request that Winnie may not "sell" your Personal Data, please submit the form below and this will turn off tracking for non-essential functions going forward. Please note, that some transfers of your Personal Data may not be considered "sales" and exemptions apply under the CCPA for certain Business Purposes. Additionally, you may continue to see some advertising on certain parts of the Winnie platform.
