Finding quality childcare is a top priority for working parents. Thankfully, many companies are stepping up to support their employees by offering comprehensive childcare benefits, making it easier for parents to balance work and family life.
 
From on-site daycare facilities to childcare reimbursement programs, these companies recognize the importance of supporting their workforce through accessible and affordable childcare solutions. In this article, we highlight various organizations that are leading the way in providing exceptional childcare benefits, demonstrating a commitment to the well-being of their employees and their families.
  • Adobe
    Offerings: Adobe provides a variety of child care benefits to support employees. This includes priority access to Bright Horizons waitlists, discounts on Steve & Kate’s summer camps, and before- and after-school programs from Right at School. Adobe also offers backup child care, academic support discounts, and enrichment programs. Employees enrolled in the flexible spending plan for dependents receive a non-taxable annual contribution of up to $1,200, prorated for new hires.

  • Aflac
    Offerings: Aflac, a supplemental insurance provider, offers discounted onsite daycare at its Columbus, Georgia headquarters and provides supplemental daycare offsets of up to $1,800 annually for remote employees.

  • Amazon
    Offerings: Amazon employees have free access to a network of caregivers, including nannies, babysitters, and special-needs caretakers. Employees receive discounts on certain daycare centers, and Amazon provides a variety of free resources for parents of children with autism, ADHD, and developmental disabilities.

  • Bank of America
    Offerings: Bank of America, a global banking and investment firm, provides a Child Care Plus reimbursement of $275 per month per child for those under 12 years old, for employees earning under $100,000 annually.

  • Barclays
    Offerings: Barclays features an on-site daycare at its Whippany, New Jersey location, established in 2018 within a new facility.

  • Chevron Corporation
    Offerings: Chevron, an energy company, provides child care reimbursement for employees who incur expenses for children aged 17 and younger during business travel.

  • Chobani
    Offerings: Chobani, known for its dairy products, offers a cash stipend annually to U.S. employees to cover child care costs.

    Offerings: Etsy, an e-commerce platform for handmade and vintage items, offers $4,000 for backup child care and a $1,000 annual work-life stipend.
