Today we're excited to announce that we've expanded our marketplace of daycares and preschools to Chicago and all of Illinois. We've added over 9,200 Illinois providers to the platform with detailed insights such as licensing status, quality ratings, parent reviews, photos, and more, to help parents find preschools and daycares near them.
We are also unveiling the results of our national child care survey in collaboration with The Mom Project, a Chicago-based platform for working moms. We found that for an overwhelming majority of moms, the decision to work or not work after having kids is not dictated by personal choice. It is critically influenced by child care considerations such as cost, availability, flexibility, and trust.
Beginning today, parents across Illinois can connect with quality daycares and preschools that fit their needs as well as their budget.
