Lets just start off, Everyone experience is different but this has been by far the worst experience ever. MY daughter attended the Kirby location Website is nothing as to what it is in person, staff members do not wear mask, kids are allowed to come to school sick me and my husband has seen kids coming out with green mucus running out of their nose. When I enrolled my child I thought it was a great decision. We paid first week , uniforms fee & I even paid a $80 fee for SCHOOL SUPPLIES I NEVER seen my child attended there for 3 weeks. They would keep her things that I would send just for her. Never knew what she would eat , no daily reports, no folders to send home with her. KIRBY LOCATION IS BY far the worst location. DO not I REPEAT DO NOT SEND your kids to this daycare. I have stop sending my child . No one even called to see if my child was coming back or even check on her. It was as if they did not notice my child has not been coming to school. I could go on & on but I have reported this daycare. hope this is helpful for some of you :)
