Preschool

Extended Day Program

Learn and have fun in our Extended Day Program which is an extension of our academic day. A separate curriculum has been developed to bring our students a blending of academics, personal growth, and self-understanding in a relaxed environment. Increased understanding of peer relationships is provided. A study hall time gives the student the opportunity to work with their extended day teachers and their academic teacher to assist in understanding their required homework.

Transitional Kindergarten

Junior Kindergarten provides a step between preschool and Kindergarten. Your child will experience an academic schedule which fully prepares them for the challenges of Kindergarten. Our program offers a small, safe environment with skilled and experienced teachers. This is a full day program with optional extended care that supports the academic program. Enrichment activities include dance, technology, music, foreign language, physical education and more.

Infant Care

Developmentally appropriate, semi-structured program that focuses on nurturing all areas of the development for young children, birth through age 2. Even at the youngest age, our daily routine includes circle time and art, as well as plenty of time for exploration. Our infant programs are very special because we provide your child with a consistent Primary Caregiver who is responsible for his or her care each day. The Primary Caregiver carries out the daily schedule in a consistent, gentle, and timely way so that your child and caregiver have maximum interaction and build a close relationship. Each classroom provides developmentally-appropriate materials and equipment for each age group to help encourage their small and large motor development, as well as their social and emotional development.

Preschool

Preschool program that consists of developmentally appropriate curriculum for children as they move through the preschool years focusing on all areas of development, including Social, Language Development, Math Readiness and Science, Gross Motor, and Fine Motor Skill Development. It is our goal to provide an environment that encourages maximum development for children, as positive experiences during the early years lead to much greater success in the future. We maintain a philosophy that encourages a semi-structured program to allow for specific growth and individual freedom. The teachers create lesson plans based around weekly themes to focus on each area of development, and set out specific goals for each day.

In this class we Brighten up the world by helping our youngest children discover their senses, explore their surroundings, nurture their development and celebrate their milestones. Our 1:3 teacher-to-child ratio provides each child valuable learning interactions and support as they experience great developmental accomplishments. From one-on-one interactions that help build nurturing relationships in everyday moments to age-appropriate books to support speech and language development, our classrooms provide the ideal setting for the youngest children. We are also encouraging children to work on finger painting, music, and pretend play to spark creativity while also exposing them to structures to help with perceptual motor development. When children leave this classroom they will have a Brighter Beginning to the world around them.

The Toddler Program focuses on assisting little ones with accomplishing age appropriate milestones that enhance their independence. Many of the activities revolve around developing their fine motor and sensory skills such as working with Play-Doh, shaving cream, and paint. The outdoor playground has age-appropriate materials. They absolutely love having fun out in the open air and strengthening their gross motor skills.
