School Age Before and After Care

Before and after school program focused on the developmental areas of: creative expression, community, literacy, inquiry-based learning, character development, and executive function. Daily routine includes: time for puzzles and games, science, math and construction, library, and creative arts. Teachers will also provide help with homework. Your child will have the opportunity to start clubs, create projects, and become a junior leader. Program provides daily physical activity and snacks.

Before & After School

In our Before- and After-School Clubhouse for school-age students, we provide a mix of independent and organized activities, education and recreation, plus order and routine for their mornings and afternoons. This program focuses on: daily goal-setting, team-building exercises, healthy physical challenges, homework help, and community projects. We also offer flexible enrollment options to fit your family’s schedule and additional opportunities during school breaks, holidays, and summer vacation. Back-Up Care

With Lightbridge Academy’s back-up care, parents can reserve a day here and there — or even up to weeks at a time — at your local center. Back-up child care is available at all Lightbridge Academy locations on a space-available basis for infants through school-aged children.

Our before and after school program offers nurturing care and engaging enrichment activities for students from Kindergarten through 13 years old. We understand the importance of academic support beyond the classroom, which is why our dedicated teachers provide personalized homework assistance. Whether it's practicing math, reviewing spelling, or working on projects, we create a supportive environment where students can complete assignments confidently. Additionally, we offer full-day care during school closures, ensuring children are in a safe, stimulating setting where they continue to learn and grow. Beyond academic support, our program promotes social development through interactive activities that encourage teamwork, communication, and positive peer interactions. Children participate in group games, creative projects, and team-building exercises, fostering lasting friendships and essential social skills. Outdoor play is also a key component, offering opportunities for physical activity and exploration in a safe, supervised environment. Through outdoor games and play, children enhance their gross motor skills, coordination, and overall well-being, contributing to their physical and emotional development.
