Shoe-free policy ensures that classrooms are clean and safe for little ones to move around. Daily routine includes time outdoors, group time, and discovery baskets for sensory exploration. BrightPath’s Infant Program is designed to meet each child’s individual needs in a caring and trusting environment. Our approach begins with getting to know both the child and their family, encouraging parents to visit the classroom to establish a bond and help us understand each child’s at-home routines. This allows us to provide a seamless transition from home to school, without imposing a preset schedule. Each child follows their own eating, napping, and activity patterns. A key feature of our program is providing diapers and wipes for the first year, helping parents simplify their morning routines. Our play-based curriculum is tailored to each infant’s developmental stage, using themed experiences and individual learning goals. Teachers observe and plan activities to support physical development, social-emotional growth, and sensory exploration, with daily outdoor experiences when weather permits. We encourage language development by immersing infants in a language-rich environment and actively engaging them in communication throughout the day. Our program introduces American Sign Language, using twenty core signs to help infants express their needs, reduce frustrations, and enhance verbal communication.
