In our Preschool classroom, children start their journeys into a cooperative learning environment where they can discover interests and learn in a more structured setting. At The Goddard School®, we recognize that classrooms are made up of many unique children and teachers work to create engaging, innovative, play-based lessons with the interests and needs of every child in mind. Bridge Classroom

Children in the Bridge classroom are strengthening their self-care skills, growing in their independence and enhancing the skills they need to be successful in a preschool classroom. The Bridge classroom is a purposeful year of preschool prep designed for children with birthdays later in the year or children who may need more time to strengthen self-care skills or social-emotional development. In this classroom, our Wonder of Learning™ education program supports children's independence as they continue to build skills necessary for handwriting and drawing with increased intentionality, learn foundational math concepts and build strong vocabularies.

The Prepper program was designed to meet the special needs of maturing children to build a perfect bridge to the classroom that will come next.

Preschool

Preschoolers are more relaxed and cooperative with the advantage of easily engaging, communicating and reasoning with them. Preschoolers enjoy a full day program with activities that encourages them to be active, socialize with their peers, enhance motor and cognitive skills and be creative. The preschool classroom is warm and welcoming with lots of opportunity for interaction with educators and other preschool children. Periodically, learning also takes place outside of the Centre. At Learning Jungle School, children enjoy a variety of trips and outings to the Library, local Fire Station, Zoo and other places of interest, in which parents are also encouraged to participate.

Half-Day Preschool

Introducing our BRAND NEW half-day preschool at The Learning Experience Fort Mill! From 8:30 am-12:30 pm, our half-day program provides an engaging curriculum that builds confidence, creativity, and curiosity. Our caring teachers provide a safe and nurturing environment that encourages hands-on learning through play and discovery. Our half-day program includes Music & Movement, with fresh meals included to keep little learners happy & healthy.

The Three’s class at Gold Hill Preschool nurtures curiosity and early learning through play, exploration, and social experiences. With engaging activities; children build confidence, develop friendships, and grow essential skills in a warm, supportive environment.
