The Malvern School provides First Steppers with a warm, stimulating environment and daily opportunities to explore and make choices under the guidance of a caring teacher. Our curriculum focuses on building independence and confidence while engaging in fun, age-appropriate learning activities. Toddlers

Infants

We are committed to providing the best in infant care and education so that we can give every child the best start for their learning and development. Experience a warm and loving environment for your little one. Our caregivers foster milestones for self-confidence, independence, coordination, focus and concentration. We accommodate each child to eat, sleep, or play according to their own natural timetable. We provide separate, quiet sleeping areas to help promote healthy sleep habits.

Toddlers

Our toddler program guides children to develop new skills and explore new experiences in various developmental areas at their own pace. Children thrive in a nurturing environment. One that also offers appropriate opportunities to develop their full potential. We emphasize building your child’s independence and fostering their natural curiosity. This sets the foundation for a lifelong love of learning.

Infant Daycare

Infant program offering a physically and emotionally safe place for your baby to explore and learn about the world around them. Shoe-free policy ensures that classrooms are clean and safe for little ones to move around. Daily routine includes time outdoors, group time, and discovery baskets for sensory exploration. Trained teachers spend time cuddling, singing, and reading to your child.

Toddler Daycare

Toddlers are on the go, exploring and learning new things throughout each day. Classrooms are kid-size in design, allowing children to do more things independently, building their self-confidence. Photos of the children’s families cover the walls of the classroom, creating a sense of community. Daily routine includes: outdoor play, circle time, dance & movement, reading, art, music, and free play.

Our infant curriculum creates a solid foundation for your little one’s future growth and development. By creating strong bonds, learning through play and stimulating their five senses, even our youngest students are encouraged to explore the world around them in a safe and nurturing environment. Primary caregivers introduce a theme-based curriculum, which is enhanced with enrichment programs such as Singing Sprouts, Spanish Sprouts and Signing Sprouts.

Lightbridge Academy’s Toddler Program is designed to make the most of every one of their fast-paced milestones. Our curriculum specifically addresses toddlers’ rapid growth and development by catering to their readiness cues, with the older toddler curriculum focused on preparing for preschool and beyond. When they display interest or signs of emerging skills, we can encourage them to move to the next challenge.
