Preschool

Our preschool program provides an enriching hands-on learning experience with specially formulated Montessori materials for math, language, sensorial exploration, practical life activities, art, science, second language, music, history, and geography. Our preschool children develop observation and problem-solving skills. They are able to achieve this by manipulating, experimenting, and discovering through Montessori materials and prepared environment. Children begin to move from the concrete to the abstract as they prepare for the more complex studies used in our Montessori Kindergarten program.

Private Kindergarten

The Kindergarten curriculum closely follows the principles of Montessori education. Our holistic approach to education is evident as we support the opportunities for development socially, physically, intellectually and emotionally for each child. Children are able to move on when ready for a new challenge. Pre-Kindergarten

The Stratford pre-kindergarten curriculum teaches students to ask questions and think critically. They enjoy Spanish class several times a week, and progress at a faster rate than other pre-K students because of Stratford’s focus on English language fundamentals.
