Our daycare is a Montessori based environment, we specialize in guided play/learning. We do lots of hands on learning, as well as focusing on each child’s individual needs and the interest of each child.

Infants

BrightPath’s Infant Program is designed to meet each child’s individual needs in a caring and trusting environment. Our approach begins with getting to know both the child and their family, encouraging parents to visit the classroom to establish a bond and help us understand each child’s at-home routines. This allows us to provide a seamless transition from home to school, without imposing a preset schedule. Each child follows their own eating, napping, and activity patterns. A key feature of our program is providing diapers and wipes for the first year, helping parents simplify their morning routines. Our play-based curriculum is tailored to each infant’s developmental stage, using themed experiences and individual learning goals. Teachers observe and plan activities to support physical development, social-emotional growth, and sensory exploration, with daily outdoor experiences when weather permits. We encourage language development by immersing infants in a language-rich environment and actively engaging them in communication throughout the day. Our program introduces American Sign Language, using twenty core signs to help infants express their needs, reduce frustrations, and enhance verbal communication. This collaborative approach, combined with individualized care, fosters strong bonds and a smooth, supportive learning journey for every child.

Toddlers

BrightPath’s Toddler Program is designed to meet the developmental needs of active toddlers as they grow in mobility, regulate their sleeping and eating patterns, and begin exploring their environment. The program is centered around hands-on learning experiences, music, and movement activities, allowing children to independently explore various learning centers within their classroom. Language development is a key focus of our Toddler Program, where children are immersed in a language-rich environment and actively communicate through interactive play and daily routines. Teachers utilize American Sign Language (ASL) with a set of twenty core signs to help children effectively express their needs and emotions. With flexible schedules that include music, movement, peer interactions, and group projects, children are encouraged to develop socially while enjoying outdoor play twice daily in well-equipped playgrounds, where curriculum experiences are extended outside.
