The Kumon Reading Program starts your pre-readers off with fun “look, listen and repeat” worksheets. Colorful illustrations help connect words to familiar objects, to start putting words together. Your child will progress to identify nouns, verbs and adjectives, and use them within sentences.

Math Program (6-12)

For kids 6-12, practice really does make perfect. The Kumon math curriculum helps your child develop a firm foundation in arithmetic, fractions, decimals and more, while improving study skills. By independently solving a wide range of math problems, your child will continually progress and be challenged to succeed.

Voyagers (5 years old to 12 years old): The Voyagers Classroom is designed to meet the unique needs of school-aged children. Most activities are child-led, which means students focus on their interests and move easily between activities. The children in this classroom get a balance of flexibility and structure—they have the time and space for schoolwork and fun with games, activities, and outside time. School-age children in the Voyagers Classroom will do homework in a quiet area and be provided with help as needed, enjoy learning stations for STEM, sensory explorations, and building challenges, and join in organized outdoor activities (kickball, soccer, tag-related games) plus reading and arts and crafts. Kindergarten

Inspectors (5 years old): We work closely with the education department and school district to ensure your Kindergartner is prepared for the next step in their education upon graduation. We work with each child individually, differentiating lessons and equipping young learners with the tools necessary to master the basics before flying up a level! Kindergartners in the Inspectors Classroom will complete activities designed to meet common core standards and work on fundamental skills like letter sounds/blends, sight words, early readers, and more! Before & After Care

Learning and fun continue beyond the school day. Our school-age program, for children ages 5–12, is designed to match children's growing independence and expanding abilities. Students enjoy sports, games, and arts and crafts while forming friendships and working together. A quiet space for homework helps build focus and responsibility, while giving families peace of mind as they balance work and child care.

Summer Camp

Each day at our summer camp is a thrilling new adventure. Campers dive into hands-on activities, from science exploration to creative and performing arts, sports, and games. We offer a perfect blend of indoor and outdoor activities, special guests, and on-campus events. Our camp leaders set a positive example and create a warm, friendly place where every child feels welcome and supported. With Lightbridge Academy’s back-up care, parents can reserve a day here and there — or even up to weeks at a time — at your local center. Back-up child care is available at all Lightbridge Academy locations on a space-available basis for infants through school-aged children.
